I like all the abdominal exercises but the most intense for me is the bicycle and the 1-2-3-4 position. Those kill my abs but I LIKE it! LOL I make it a point to tighten my abs on EVERY exercises we do!!!! I LOVE N10sive Bootcamp! Thanks Steve!! :o )

Mary Janes, I think that is the name of the one where you sit in a V and crunch AND pike ups when you sit in a V and reach up or when you acutally hold my legs straight and I can’t cheat :) … I think it is the balancing in the V position and crunching or moving…Those are the most difficult for me. But also a big fan of the planks (we should do more of those!) :)

By far the hardest for me is bicycle and the 1234 routine we did in last nights work out 10/1!! They are super hard, but I love them. I like all the ab exercises, but the two above are killers for me! (o;

For me, it’s the timed sit-ups. This is just sit-ups for two straight minutes to see how many we can do in that time frame. It’s killer because your abs start to hurt after about 1 minute but you just gotta keep going! :)

Window wipers – Killer – That little push to the side as my partner thows my legs down just makes my abs scream, but in a good way.

i love all different ab exercises because they are always a challenge for me! PLANKS…….those are the toughest for me. 10 seconds is fine, but any longer is tough! bring on the planks!!
