Today is March 2nd!! We are 19 days away from Spring! Spring is a great time to show off all of your hard work! If you are new to exercise I commend you on your consistency with your nutrition and exercise! Today is the day that you are one meal, one workout closer to your fitness goals!!! Stay focused!!!
I have 3 daily goals for you to working on right now:)
1. Record Your Nutrition- We are exactly 12 weeks from the January 1st. Statisitics show that 65% of people will start regaining their weight back or slowly start skipping workouts:( from the big motivation of the New Year’s rush! Whatever method you use to track your calories I highly recommend that you start tracking for 3 days this week to double check yourself. Chances are you are over eating by 12-20%
2. Plan your workouts in advance- To be successful with your fitness transformation you must plan everything in advance. If you fail to plan then you plan to fail. With Spring and Summer events starting you must prioritize your schedule. Surround yourself with people that will take you closer to your goals:) Studies show a 90% success rate in transformations when people exercise first thing in the morning!
3. Tell 2 people- Fitness is for a lifetime! You can not do a successful transformation alone! You must build your support team. Make it a goal to let 2 people know of your fitness goals and ask them to hold you accountabile to them. Seek out a fitness boot camp, seek a personal trainer, or join exercise related groups ( golf, biking)
Get EXCITED for the next 12 weeks!!! You deserve only the best for your body!! ENTHUSIASM IS CONTAGIOUS!!!
