Shopping List
Here is a shopping list that categorizes all of your healthy food choices. During the warm months really take advantage of our local farmer’s markets of fresh fruit and produce. For protein shakes use half milk and water.
No processed foods. Stay away from boxed dinners, frozen foods, unless specified. Try to limit foods that exceed 5 ingredients on the package.
