Preheat your oven to 325
Per serving nutrients: 211 cal, 19g Protein, 24g Carbohydrates, 4g Fat, 3g Fiber.
1/4 -1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons of natural almond or cashew butter
2-3 egg whites
1/2 cup of applesauce
1/2 cup organic skim milk,hemp or sugar soy milk
1/2 cup of golden raisins
1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal
4 scoops of chocolate protein whey powder
Bake approx 20min
Cut into 6 bars
Store in refrigerator
