Endurance Athlete Makes Incredible Transformation In Only 30 Days!

I am deeply honored to have assisted so many people over the years!  I am inspired by the life changing results that every single client has achieved!  I am honoring each person by giving them the chance to share their life changing results with you!

N-10SIVE Boot Camp:
During my training for the full marathon in the winter of 2009 I met
Steve. He came to my marathon training class to talk about the
importance of strength training. I had been doing some strength
training but after meeting Steve I felt like I should do more. So I
started to meet with Steve for personal training sessions. When the
marathon was over and I took a break from the intense miles I had been
running and the personal training sessions with Steve. But I couldn’t
help but keep thinking about these boot camps Steve had talked about.
I started boot camp in July and took on his 30 Day Shred challenge. I
had just ran a full marathon and been training with Steve, so I felt
like I was in pretty good shape…until the first day of boot camp -
running, squatting, burpees, pushups, sit-ups.  This was a completely
different workout then I had ever experienced. The next day I was sore
but couldn’t wait to go back!

I decided that while starting boot camp I might as well also try the
30 Day Shred so I bought a food scale and for the first time in my
life I started measuring my food and counting calories. I also started
a food journal where I would write down or take pictures of everything
I ate. I took pride in the healthy food choices I was making and the
dishes I was creating in the kitchen. I limited my dairy to Fage Greek
yogurt (a food Steve introduced me to and now eat regularly.)
Bread/pasta/grains were also limited to sprouted grains (I buy the
Ezekiel bread and cereal) and no alcohol! I also started drinking
protein shakes for snacks and post workouts too. I have been a
vegetarian for 13 years and had never paid attention to how much
protein, fats, or carbs I was getting in one day. Once I started
paying close attention to everything I was putting into my body I
started to notice changes. In 30 days I lost 15 pounds and 5% body
fat. My cravings for unhealthy food left as I feed my hunger with
whole, natural foods, eating 5-6 small meals per day. My body was
stronger and I felt healthier. Even my “skinny day” jeans started to
fall off!

Steve’s information and tips on his website as well as before, during,
or after class help to keep me focused and motivated. There is always
a new goal or challenge.

And those darn burpees… I remember the first day Steve asked me to
do a burpee, after only doing a few I was out of breath. How I could
run 20 miles but couldn’t do 10 burpees without feeling like I had
just been punched in the stomach? This was crazy. Eventually I had
worked up to 3 sets of 10 burpees! Progress! I was so proud I sent
Steve a message about my achievement. His response, your next goal
should be to do 30 in a row. Steve now challenges me to do more, the
“Hollywood” version burpee or add in a push up. The best part of
Steve’s boot camps is that he never forgets that you can do more, even
at times when you think you cannot. No matter what your physical
fitness level he pushes you to the next. Double pump it, add in an
extra push up, let’s go for a run but carry a medicine ball. He also
continues to ask about your nutrition and give you ideas and
motivation to stick to your healthy diet. The boot camp experience is
unlike any other group fitness program I have attended. Steve’s style
of training pushes you to go places you didn’t know you could and he
never let’s you get away with giving less than 110%. I recently ended
my gym membership where I had been working out for almost 5 years. In
the past 3 months I have seen more results then I ever did while
working out at the gym. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you
have the right direction and motivation. THANKS STEVE!
