The key to major fat burning is having healthy mid morning and afternoon snacks on reserve. Here are some of my favorites FAT BURNING snack foods that are for sure going to keep you functioning at your BEST! These foods will provide you with ultimate energy by keeping your insulin levels in check!! No more roller coaster energy:) Your snacks should contain at least 100 calories but not exceeding 300 for maximum calorie distrubution.
- Sprouted Almonds (12)
- Unsalted Raw Almonds (12)
- Small baggies of unsalted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries,walnuts, and raw almonds.
- Apple and raw almonds (12)
- 1 tbsp of all natural almond butter spread on a almond
- Celery stalk with 1 tbsp on almond butter
- Whole grain rice cake with 1 tbsp of almond butter on top
- 1 serving of Fage Greek Yogurt, cinnamon, 1 tbsp of all natural almond butter
- 1 serving of non salt cottage cheese mixed with 1 serving of Fage Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp of Agave Nectar
- 1 Ezekial tortilla, 1tbsp of all natural almond butter, 1 apple sliced. Microwave until almond butter is melted
- 1 scoop of whey protein poweder mixed with water, and 1 medium sized apple
- 4 oz of boiled shrimp and 1 Ezekial dinner roll.
- 1 small Ezekial tortilla, 1 slice avocado, 3 oz of lean meat (chicken, turkey, lean ground beef, salmon, tuna)
- 1 hard boiled egg with baby carrots
- 1 serving of Fage Greek yogurt, 1 serving of Fat Free pudding mix
- 1 apple slice, 1 serving of butter buds, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of Agave Nectar. Microwave for 20 seconds or until butter melted!
