My Top Bodyweight Exercises

Have you ever used these common gym adjectives when you notice a ripped physique….jacked, cut, swol,sick, diesel,hypertrophy and thought WOW they must do a ton of weights? You might be shocked on how these ripped creatures developed sick looking arms:)).= Bodyweight training might be a key element of what is holding you back from taking your body to the next level. The great thing about bodyweight training is minimal equipment is need and any fitness levels can perform different levels. If you want to jumpstart your body in hopes that people use these common gym adjectives then read further:)

1. Pullups

The pullup and chin up are the king of bodyweight movements and can produce AMAZING results in your physique!! Practice makes perfect with chin up and the pullup. I recommend starting with an assisted device such as a machine, strap, or chair to assist you. If you are not including these 2 movements into your weekly routine then you are missing out!!

2. Bar Dips-

Bar dips will blast those triceps and chest!! Adding bar dips could be the deciding factor in getting those JACKED arms!!!

3. The Burpee-

What can I say:))) the burpee will change your perception of what you think about bodyweight training!! When performed correctly the burpee will super charge your metabolism into outer space!!! The worlds best fitness programs incorporate burpees into their program for these reasons:))

4. Sprinting-

Sprint work is a great additon to produce hypertrophy to the muscle and is also a MAJOR CALORIE BURNER!!
Incorporate sprints into your cardio or sprinting is a great way for HIIT training!!

5. Jump Roping-

Jump roping is a exercise that seems to absent from everyone fitness program. The fittest athletes in the world use the jump rope to build stamina and endurance. THIS IS A MUST!! The jump rope is perfect for your weight training warmup!!
