3 Tips For Instant Fitness Success!

Good morning!!! What a great day!!  I have a quick post here that I hope you enjoy.  I have 3 tips for instant fitness success

  1. Fitness Journal-  Yes the fitness journal is probably the #1 tool that we can use to be successful with our fitness program.  Use your journal to record your nutrition, personal goals, random thoughts, to do lists, and your daily workouts.  People that journal show a 90% success rate in fitness!  A goal that is not wrote down is just a DREAM!
  2. Build Your Team-  All successful people have a team of advisors.  Even Donald Trump and Kobe Bryant have a team of experts to help them succeed.  Find your team to help you.  I recommend the group accountability ( boot camps, group fitness classes, a personal trainer, a nutritionist, massage therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor, or even co workers).  You need a panel of experts!
  3. Recognize Your Obstacles-  What is holding you back from taking the plunge to your best body ever?  No time is the right time to start your fitness program!  We are always going to have obstacles that will detour our progress.  Every day is a new day of great potential. Every day starts by tying your shoes.  If the horse bucks you off the saddle…get back up and jump on again.
